These shorts are constructed well with excellent material, though the design is pretty standard. I wish companies would learn from past designs. The Brooks Cascadia shorts (totally useful horizontal seam) are the best design for trail shorts that I've found but those have been discontinued. These come close.

Very comfortable , athletic fit and stretch feel , I’m throwing away all my Asian shorts after wearing this one ... I love the attention to detail like the air vents on the thighs , pairs well with a Duckworth merino wool boxer brief ... if you could make some more colors I’d order more ...
