Return, Repair and Exchange Policy

Every product we make is supported for the entirety of it's life. Climbing apparel takes on some of the most wear than any other activity. If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it. Damage from an epic climb? We'll forever repair it. Just follow our super easy three step process.

Step 1: Email us at with your need. We'll issue you a RMA# to write on your package.
