Sun Hoody
Love this piece of gear. Worked perfectly in the Boundary Waters where you need a long sleeve to protect against mosquitoes. Stayed comfortable with temps in the 80's. Soft fabric but also durable.

This is my new favorite sun hoody. I've used it for MTB and climbing in the desert. The hood fits well, even over the larger MTB helmet. I'm big (48 in shoulders, 250lb, 6 ft) and the XL fits great and isn't too small. Fabric is great. Only improvements I would offer would be to offer the hoody in additional ridiculous colors such as hot pink and also increase the UPF. Very happy to support NWA and their high quality domestically sourced and fabricated products. Take my money.

I found this to mostly be well sized (Medium, for 6’2” at 155lbs), but find that the thumbholes mean I have to hope the sleeves stretch slightly with use. It wicks very well - I bought it to use as a single layer to replace a t-shirt + long-sleeve shirt combo -which it does well. However, it attracts dirt very quickly (maybe my fault for getting the lime green), and is actually pretty shiny, which doesn’t come over well in the catalog images. The stitching around the neck is probably very strong, but is actually a bit too scratchy given its location. Overall I like it though.
