    Every product we make is supported for the entirety of its life. Climbing apparel takes on more wear than it would in almost any other activity. Damage from an epic climb, or just looking a little threadbare? We'll repair it, all we ask is that you cover shipping to us. To request a repair, follow our super easy three step process.


    Step 1: Email us at info@nwalpine.com with your need, specifying the nature of repair requested. Photos are helpful! We'll respond as soon as possible and let you know what you need to do next.


    Step 2: Clean your garment! Wash and spot clean to the best of your ability then pack it up.


    Step 3: Mail the item to

    Include a note in the package with your name, return address, what repair you are requesting, and the original order number if you remember it.


    Step 3: We take care of the rest and we will keep you updated on the status of the repair. Repairs can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks but may be finished sooner. If we can't repair it, we'll reach out with next steps.
