Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with the size, cut, or style of an item, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, except for sales items,  custom items (see details below), masks, and mask filters. We do offer free returns and exchanges for all domestic (United States) orders, with exceptions (see the free returns page). 

Items must be returned in saleable condition (unused, unwashed and with original hang-tags). Once received, refunds and/or exchanges will be processed as soon as possible.

Sales Items

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all sales items purchased are final and non-refundable. Exchanges may be granted if other sizes are available.

Custom Thielsen Pant & Salopette Return Policy

All sales on custom Thielsen pants and our Neoshell Salopette are final and returns cannot be accepted. Our warranty still applies to both products. Please contact us at info@nwalpine.com if you have any questions before ordering.
